Welcome to ZWHEEL. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.zwheel.com and purchases made through the website. The seller and contracting party is DONGGUAN DIDE TRADING LIMITED, trading as ZWHEEL ("ZWHEEL", "we", "us").

1. Using Our Website

By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws. Purchasers must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You must provide accurate checkout and contact information and must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the website.

2. Product Information and Availability

We aim to describe products, compatibility, pricing, specifications, and availability accurately. Product colors may vary slightly by screen. Range, speed, and performance estimates depend on load, terrain, temperature, riding style, tire pressure, and other conditions. Product listings do not promise that every model may lawfully be operated on every public road or shipped to every country.

We may correct genuine mistakes and inform you if they affect your order. We will not substitute products or charge additional amounts without authorization. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide a refund as required by law.

3. Orders, Payments, and Currency

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, as permitted by applicable law. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may use Airwallex or other authorized payment providers to authorize and process payments; those providers are not the seller of the products. Any financing or installment payment is subject to the separate terms of the finance provider.

Prices, currency conversion, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and import charges will be presented before you confirm an order as required by law. We may verify or reject transactions for legitimate security, fraud prevention, stock, or legal-compliance reasons.

4. International Orders and Local Restrictions

We sell into countries in which checkout and our logistics arrangements permit delivery. Availability does not establish that a vehicle is road-legal in the delivery country. Before purchasing or riding, check local licensing, registration, protective equipment, speed, power, age, and public-road rules.

We will disclose any shipping restrictions, available delivery methods, estimated charges, and whether taxes or import duties are prepaid before checkout as required by law. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Delivery, Cancellation, and Returns

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a legally binding delivery date has been agreed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only as provided by applicable law. Order cancellation, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules.

6. Product Safety

Read the instructions and safety warnings before assembly, charging, storage, or use. Wear appropriate protective equipment and follow local rules. Do not ride with suspected steering, brake, battery, or electrical faults. Stop using equipment that may be unsafe and contact us for assistance. Never ship a damaged lithium-ion battery without appropriate instructions.

7. Warranty and Statutory Consumer Rights

ZWHEEL publishes a 12-month limited manufacturer's warranty for covered manufacturing defects, subject to its published Warranty Policy. This commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights. Consumers may have mandatory legal guarantees that last longer than the commercial warranty, including rights applicable to defective or nonconforming products in the EU/EEA, UK, and other countries.

No term on this website excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, product photos, designs, logos, and software may be owned by ZWHEEL or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No material may be reproduced commercially without permission except where permitted by law.

9. Reviews and User Submissions

You are responsible for material you submit, and must have the right to submit it. By voluntarily publishing a review or content for display on our website, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate agreement about advertising or creator content. We may moderate unlawful, misleading, or abusive material in accordance with applicable law.

10. Website Availability and Liability

We work to keep the website reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where limitation is prohibited, or any non-excludable consumer right. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the customer's country of habitual residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts in Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction where legally permitted. This clause does not deprive consumers of protections or legal venues that mandatory law provides.

12. Changes and Contact

We may amend these terms for future website use and orders. The terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively without a lawful basis and, where necessary, your agreement.

The use of Airwallex or another third-party payment service provider means only that the relevant provider assists with payment authorization, transaction processing, and settlement. It does not change:

The identity of the seller or contracting party;
The sales relationship between the customer and DONGGUAN DIDE TRADING LIMITED;
The governing law applicable to the transaction; or
The responsibilities of DONGGUAN DIDE TRADING LIMITED under applicable law and the policies published on this Website.
Payment authorization, identity verification, fraud screening, currency conversion, settlement, refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks may also be subject to the applicable rules and procedures of the payment service provider, card network, issuing bank, acquiring bank, installment-payment provider, or other payment-method provider selected by the customer.

The use of a third-party payment service does not mean that Airwallex or any other payment service provider is the manufacturer, seller, shipping provider, or warranty provider of the products offered on this Website. Except for responsibilities that the payment service provider is legally required to assume in connection with its own payment-processing services, product orders, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and after-sales services are handled by DONGGUAN DIDE TRADING LIMITED in accordance with the applicable policies published on this Website.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available in the customer’s place of residence, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to this Website, this Legal Notice, or purchases completed through the Website.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right, statutory guarantee, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.
